Lisa is a life long resident of Troy. She has been married for 26 years and has a 22 year old son. Lisa grew up around real estate with her parents owning and selling for Century 21 Coose Realty and owning a local title company. Lisa decided to follow in their footsteps and become an agent. Lisa has 30 years of experience in Real Estate and is a consecutive quality service award winner. Lisa is a licensed Realtor and is the Team Seller Specialist and Team Leader for The Lisa Burkemper Team.

In her experience as a Lincoln County and surrounding areas real estate professional, she also has found that providing the very best service is essentially about putting her clients first. This means keeping herself accessible, being a good listener as well as a good communicator, and responding quickly to your needs.

This "client first" philosophy has always been her approach and it requires her to continually improve her skills and ways of doing business. In addition, she has found that the latest technologies are enabling her to do everything she has always done, only much more quickly and efficiently. They've also helped her to extend the range of services she provides to her clients. Lisa has had consistent repeat business and is in the top 1/2 of 1% for sales in the Berkshire Hathaway Services Select Properties Network.

Born and raised in Lincoln County, Ashley brings a strong connection to the community along with years of customer service experience. Since 2013, she has worked as our Administrative Team Coordinator, handling the details behind the scenes that keep our listings—and our team—running smoothly.
From online and print marketing to special projects, database management, and open house coordination, and more. She takes pride in helping provide maximum exposure for all team listings and loves being part of a group committed to exceptional service. She truly enjoys supporting Lisa and the entire team in providing top-level service and visibility for all of the listings.   In her free time she enjoys time with family and friends.

Jennifer Jackson

Jennifer has always been dedicated to helping people however she can and has found a true calling in real estate because of this passion to care and advocate for others. As a local resident and area expert, she brings valuable insight to the communities she serves and the real estate trends that shape them.
 
With a strong focus on client satisfaction, she tailors her approach to meet each individual's unique goals. Whether buying or selling, she is committed to delivering exceptional service and guiding you every step of the way.
 
Outside of real estate, she is passionate about rescue animals—especially dogs—and believes every home is brighter with a four-legged friend in it. She also enjoys getting creative with crafts, home improvement projects, candle making, and spending quality time with family and friends, including her husband, son and of course, their dogs.

Carol Krigbaum

Carol is dedicated to being your advocate in every step of your real estate journey. Whether buying or selling, she works diligently to protect your best interests—using current technology, strong marketing, and clear communication to help sellers achieve top value and buyers make confident, informed decisions.

Licensed since 1999 and serving St. Charles, Lincoln, Warren and surrounding counties, Carol understands that real estate is one of life’s biggest decisions. She strives to lower stress, build trust, and create a true partnership through dependable communication and make the process as seamless as possible.

  Outside of real estate, Carol volunteers with organizations including Heat Up St. Louis, Susan G. Komen, Back the Blue, BackStoppers, Sunshine Kids, and Toys for Tots. She enjoys time with her husband, children, grandchildren, extended family, entertaining friends, and traveling the world.  

Ashlea Hollars

With a strong foundation built on experience, leadership, and community involvement, I have proudly served clients in real estate since 2017. I joined The Lisa Burkemper Team in 2018, where collaboration, market knowledge, and client-focused service are at the core of everything we do.

Before launching my real estate career, I was a stay-at-home mom raising three beautiful daughters—a role that shaped my strong work ethic, organization skills, and people-first approach. Those qualities continue to guide how I support and advocate for my clients today.

Beyond serving buyers and sellers, I am deeply committed to the real estate profession. I have held multiple leadership roles with the East Central Board of Realtors, including Local Director, Treasurer, and currently President-Elect. These roles reflect my dedication to professionalism, industry leadership, and staying ahead of market trends.

Having lived in Lincoln County for over 20 years before recently relocating to Montgomery County, I bring extensive local knowledge and a genuine understanding of the communities I serve. When I’m not working with clients, I enjoy spending time with my boyfriend and friends—often on the golf course or out SxS riding.

Ashlea's personal life is filled with love and laughter, thanks to her three daughters, two stepdaughters, and supportive boyfriend. When Ashlea isn't helping clients find their dream homes, she enjoys playing golf, riding side-by-sides (SxS), attending college football games, and spending quality time with family and friends.
